1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing bhaviglobal.com or registering for, purchasing, or attending any Bhavi Global LLC (“Bhavi Global,” “we,” “us”) live webinar, on-demand webinar, seminar, or eBook, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
2. Our Services
Bhavi Global provides continuing professional education for professionals in healthcare, human resources, real estate, banking & finance, pharmaceuticals, and other industries through:
- Live webinars with real-time Q&A
- On-demand (recorded) webinars
- Downloadable eBooks and learning resources
- In-person and virtual seminars
Program content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for applying regulations and standards to your own circumstances.
3. Registration & Accounts
You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep your login credentials confidential. Registrations are for the named attendee unless a group or corporate package is purchased. We may cancel registrations that contain false information or that breach these Terms.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full before access to a live session, recording, or eBook is granted. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Our refund rules depend on the format you purchased:
- Live webinars and seminars: cancellations requested before the scheduled start time may be refunded or transferred to another session or attendee, at our discretion.
- On-demand webinars and eBooks: because digital content is delivered immediately, these purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Rescheduled or cancelled events: if we cancel or reschedule a live event, you may choose a full refund, a credit, or access to the recording.

6. Continuing Education Credits
Where a program is approved for continuing education credits (for example CEUs from an accrediting body such as AAPC), the approval, number of credits, and attendance requirements will be stated on the program page. Credit is issued only when all stated requirements are met. Acceptance of credits is determined by your licensing or certifying body.
7. Intellectual Property
All webinar recordings, presentations, handouts, eBooks, logos, and website content are owned by Bhavi Global LLC or its speakers and licensors. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your own professional use. You may not record, copy, share, resell, or publicly distribute any content without our written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or our sessions, including by sharing access links, disrupting live events, uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, or posting unlawful or abusive content in Q&A or chat features.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” While our speakers are subject-matter experts, regulations change frequently and we do not warrant that content is complete or current at the time you view it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
